Titomic (ASX: TTT) (‘Company’) is pleased to advise that it has appointed Ms. Mira Ricardel as NonExecutive Director of the Company. Ms Ricardel has served as a senior White House official and possesses a wealth of industry and government leadership experience.
Ms Ricardel is a principal at The Chertoff Group, a leading global security advisory firm, where she advises U.S. and international clients across a broad spectrum of sectors in managing regulatory
risk related to foreign direct investments, technology controls and supply chain regulations. She was previously Assistant to the U.S. President and Deputy National Security Advisor. Prior to serving at the National Security Council, Ricardel was presidentially appointed and confirmed by the U.S. Senate as Under Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration leading the Bureau of Industry and Security which oversees export controls on dual-use and emerging technologies, export enforcement, and defence industrial base matters. For nearly a decade, Ricardel was a Vice
President for Business Development at The Boeing Company, Network & Space Systems. From 2001-2005, she held significant roles in the U.S. Department of Defense, including Acting Assistant
Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy.
Ricardel was awarded the U.S. Department of Defence’s top civilian honour, the Distinguished Civilian Service Medal and is a graduate of the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University
and completed two years of doctoral course work in international security policy at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.
