We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Neil Matthews and Mr Bruce Colter who will both commence employment with Titomic on Monday 2nd May.
Neil Matthews has extensive experience in the Cold Spray Industry and will be joining Titomic as Head of Business Development – Repairs.
Neil joins Titomic from RUAG where he was the Head of Research and Technology and the Technical Lead for Additive Metal Technologies based in Melbourne. During his 18 years in this industry he has written journal papers, books and contributed to books and is a recognised pioneer and industry leader. In 2021 Neil was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in recognition of his outstanding efforts for significant service to aerospace component repair technologies.
Bruce Colter also has substantial Cold Spray experience and is joining Titomic as General Manager –Titomic USA.
Bruce will be based in Michigan, USA where he will be running our North American business focussing on growing the business in that region. He has 25 years of experience in the Digital Manufacturing Sector including Cold Spray Manufacturing. Bruce is a proven business leader having commercialised, grown and rebuilt numerous 3D printing and Advanced Manufacturing businesses, most recently Spee3D America.
