Position Overview:
The Titomic U.S. Information Technology team is seeking a mid-level IT Security and Support Specialist with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft GCC High Office 365 environments. This role is responsible for maintaining secure and compliant cloud operations, supporting end-users, managing system configurations, and responding to incidents and service requests. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems remain resilient, compliant, and user-focused while assisting to ensure users operate at the highest level possible. Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor security configurations within GCC High Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Maintain compliance with NIST 800-53 and 800-171
- Support endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and multifactor authentication (MFA) configuration.
- Review and respond to Microsoft Security and Compliance alerts within the GCC High environment.
- Perform regular audits, generate reports, and remediate non-compliance issues in coordination with governance teams.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining secure baseline configurations across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Experience in maintaining an active SSP.

- CNC Programming: Develop, write, and optimize 5-axis CNC programs for multi-axis machining centers using advanced CAM software, ensuring precision for complex components.
- Program Optimization: Create and edit G-code and M-code programs to achieve efficient and accurate machining of exotic materials, including Inconel, Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum alloys.
- Process Development: Analyze engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications to design optimal machining strategies, select appropriate tooling, and develop fixturing solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing engineers, quality control teams, and other departments to troubleshoot issues, refine processes, and ensure compliance with AS9100 quality standards.
- Tooling & Setup: Select and implement cutting tools, holders, and work-holding devices tailored to material properties and part geometries, ensuring high-quality output.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing, 5S, and process optimization to reduce cycle times, minimize waste, and enhance cost efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, AS9100 quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards, and DoD/aerospace regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of programming procedures, setup sheets, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and machine operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a machine shop.
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing, with deep knowledge of AS9100 quality standards, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in 5-axis CNC programming using major CAM software packages and strong skills in G-code/M-code programming.
- Engineering Acumen: Advanced ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models, with a strong understanding of machining parameters for diverse materials.
- Operational Skills: Extensive experience in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting of 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior machinists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and document processes effectively.
- Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
- Education: Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience; additional certifications in manufacturing or leadership are a plus.
