Melbourne, Australia 30th March 2020: Australian industrial scale metal additive manufacturing company, Titomic Limited (ASX:TTT) (“Titomic” or “Company”), has entered into a strategic partnership with the US-based global product development and technology company Triton Systems Inc (“Triton”) to implement Titomic’s Kinetic Fusion (TKF) capabilities for validation through R&D projects with the US Department of Defense (DoD).
Melbourne-based industrial additive manufacturing company, Titomic Limited, has entered into a commercial research and development agreement with RMIT University (“RMIT”) to be conducted on behalf of Lockheed Martin – a major aerospace and defence company.
Industrial-scale additive manufacturing company Titomic (ASX: TTT) has agreed to supply Titomic Kinetic Fusion (TKF) additively manufactured tooling to Hockley Pattern & Tool, a UK-based tooling company. The commercial unison will form a foundation for future opportunities, as the companies work collaboratively to deliver TKF’s advantages to Hockley Pattern customers.
Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT) (‘Company’) and Shree Rapid Technologies (SRT) have announced the formation of a relationship to market and sell Titomic’s Kinetic Fusion (TKF) capabilities in Indian manufacturing industries.
Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT) (‘Company’ or ‘Titomic’) announces that the Company has signed a Heads of Agreement with NÉOS International Limited (‘Neos’) whereby Titomic and Neos will enter into a joint venture to manufacture and sell Invar 36 Faceplates and multi-metal product solutions in the United Kingdom for the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive and Nuclear industries. The products will be manufactured using Titomic’s Kinetic Fusion Technology and Neos’ existing specialist engineering and tooling expertise.
Titomic has received a purchase order from TWI of GBP1.2 Million (app. A$2.28 Million at today’s rates) to supply a TKF1000 System which will be shipped in May 2022.
Titomic has finalised the installation of a Titomic TKF1000 cold spray system at leading technology and research organisation, TWI UK (“TWI”).
Titomic will create radiation shielding for South Australian company Fleet Space Technologies’ first Alpha satellites in 2023, which are expected to be the world’s first fully additive manufactured (3D printed) satellites.
Establishment of the world’s first additive manufacturing facility to supply Invar components. The agreement will result in the sale of a Titomic Kinetic Fusion (TKF) System by Titomic.
