Titomic acquires leading European cold spray technology company Dycomet Europe B.V.

Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT, Titomic or Company) has at close of business yesterday acquired leading European cold spray technology company, Dycomet Europe B.V. (Dycomet).

Titomic has been awarded a $2.325 million Federal Government Modern Manufacturing Initiative grant to manufacture and commercialise low carbon emission “green” titanium space vehicle demonstrator parts for the Australian space sector and export markets.

Titomic sells TKF1000 to leading research organisation TWI UK

Titomic has received a purchase order from TWI of GBP1.2 Million (app. A$2.28 Million at today’s rates) to supply a TKF1000 System which will be shipped in May 2022.

Titomic Limited (ASX:TTT) (“Titomic” or “Company”), a specialist in industrial-scale metal additive manufacturing using its patented Titomic Kinetic Fusion (TKF) technology, is pleased to announce that as at the close of business on 9 July 2021, its wholly owned subsidiary Titomic USA, Inc has completed the acquisition of the business of Tri-D Dynamics Inc (‘Tri-D’) on the terms set out previously on 22 April 2021.
