Titomic Welcomes Honorable Michael Duffey to Huntsville Advanced Manufacturing Facility

HUNTSVILLE, AL – May 21, 2026 – Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT), a global advanced manufacturing company serving the U.S. and allied industrial base, using its proprietary cold spray Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ (TKF)™ Technology, proudly welcomed the Honorable Michael Duffey, Under Secretary of War for Acquisition & Sustainment (USW(A&S)), to its advanced manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama today.

The visit highlighted Titomic’s expanding role in strengthening the U.S. defense industrial base through innovative manufacturing solutions for mission-critical defense production such as warheads, pressure vessels, munitions, hypersonic and propulsion system components, as well as sustaining and repairing naval vessels whether in depot or deployed. Titomic’s cold spray manufacturing approach enables rapid production and restoration of high-value defense components without the melting or distortion associated with traditional manufacturing processes, supporting reduced lead times, distributed manufacturing, improved supply chain resilience, and enhanced operational readiness for the U.S. and allied defense industrial base. Titomic contributes to the Department of War’s objectives of enhancing readiness, providing timely and cost-saving sustainment, and building supply chain resilience.

During the visit, Hon. Duffey toured Titomic’s state-of-the-art facility and received demonstrations of the company’s TKF™ cold spray technology, including scalable production, repair, coating, and restoration of mission-critical defense components utilizing advanced cold spray additive manufacturing processes capable of supporting both depot-level and expeditionary sustainment operations. Discussions also focused on the role of advanced manufacturing in addressing critical defense industrial base bottlenecks, reducing dependency on long-lead legacy manufacturing supply chains, and enabling more agile production capacity for next-generation defense systems.

“We were honored to host Under Secretary Duffey at our Huntsville facility and showcase the transformational impact of Titomic’s manufacturing and sustainment capabilities,” said Jim Simpson, CEO and Managing Director of Titomic. “His visit underscores the growing importance of advanced manufacturing in supporting national defense priorities, accelerating manufacturing and sustainment innovation across the Department of War. Cold spray manufacturing provides the ability to rapidly produce, repair, protect, and restore critical systems while reducing dependence on traditional manufacturing approaches that often require long lead-time forgings, castings, and replacement components.”

Titomic’s Huntsville operations are strategically positioned to support the U.S. Department of War, allied defense agencies, industry partners, and research institutions with scalable manufacturing and sustainment solutions designed to improve operational availability, accelerate modernization efforts, and strengthen sovereign industrial capability within the allied defense ecosystem.

“I want to say how impressed I am with what we’ve been able to build here,” said HON Duffey in remarks to the Titomic workforce. “Every day in the Pentagon, our focus is speed and volume. It’s clear to me from what I’ve seen today, that you all are focused on helping the defense industrial base achieve speed and volume in some really, critical areas when it comes to part manufacturing. You are helping ensure that we’ve got the most cutting-edge weapons in the hands of Warfighters.”

This announcement has been authorized for release by Titomic’s Board of Directors.
