Titomic Strengthens UK Market Presence Through Strategic MoU with TWI

HUNTSVILLE, AL – May 6, 2026 – Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT), a global advanced manufacturing company operating within the U.S. and allied defense and general industrial base, using its proprietary cold spray Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ technology, is pleased to announce that TWI Ltd, a leading independent research and technology organization, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Titomic to advance cold spray technology capabilities in the United Kingdom (UK).

The MoU establishes a collaborative framework to deliver end-to-end cold spray solutions, spanning materials and process development, proof of concept, and pathways to accreditation and certification. This partnership enhances Titomic’s ability to scale and expand its advanced manufacturing solutions to meet real-world industrial demands while strengthening its strategic footprint across the UK and Europe.

Under the agreement, TWI will partner with Titomic in the UK, providing a critical “shop window” for cold spray technology and solutions facilitating engagement with Tier One suppliers, OEMs and key industry stakeholders.
