Dag is an investor and entrepreneur with almost three decades’ experience spanning successful private ownership, as well as leading European and global financial institutions. Since 2015, he has run his own investment office, PAACS Invest, and now serves as its Chairman. Previously, Dag was a senior industry advisor to investment firm Triton, with €17 billion under management. He joined Morgan Stanley in New York in 1990 where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and was a managing director of Morgan Stanley London from 2001 to 2007, as well as Co-Head of Nordic Investment Banking from 2000 to 2007. Having been director of various public and non-public companies, Dag is the controlling shareholder and Chairman of technology company Racom AS, and a director of US IIoT software company Arundo Analytics Inc. Dag is also an active investor in several healthcare and technology companies, including EXACT Therapeutics, RemovAid, and leading technology venture builder Iterate.
